CSAC has been providing engineering service with many expertise engineers. We have experience in high rise building design across in various discipline such as architecture, structure, MEP, and BIM.

  CSAC has license of design certificate from the ministry of land management urban planning and construction, to design reviewing, certifying the design, Accredited checking on all scale and type of buildings.

  The building and construction authority required all building in Cambodia to be inspected periodically by qualified structural engineers.

  CSAC offers price pre-constructions for the creation and management of the intelligent models leading to design, construction, and operation of various facilities.

 CSAC offers the cost estimation with the project budget planning. More than just quantity surveyor, we also prepare the project timeline and deliverable schedule for the construction.

We play role as independent engineer with qualification license.

  CSAC has strong partnership with China Academic of Building Research (CABR)

We can conduct all type of testing such as Wind Tunnel Test, Seismic Test, Fire Test, etc.
